The success of this restaurant is, in many ways, due to the varied contributions from friends, staff, owners and above all the customers, past and present from across this island and Hong Kong who have spent much time in making the Deli Lamma the establishment that it is today.

We pride ourselves on providing only the freshest food available. Consequently, we start to cook each individual meal once the order has been received.
