The devotion of our founder, Oliver (Doc.Thunder), to his hobby gave birth in 2001 to THUNDER ROADHOUSE. He was inspired by his good old friend and master-customizer Tom Langhoff of ROADHOUSE in Hamburg, who taught him how to wrench on "real" Harleys and got him the nice '58 Pan and '74 Shovel.

Since May of 2002 our workshop has been moved, a Shop Manager with official "H.D. mechanic certificate" has been found and also a new investor as an active partner.

With this ideal combination of bigger workshop, professional tools and certified mechanic, plus more active & financial support, our goals will be easier to achieve.

Our founder, Oliver's (Doc.Thunder) first H.D. in 1994 was a nice and fast 1200 Sporty. He spent as much money on it as a bigger H.D. would have cost him, transforming it into a 1oo king/BIG bike. Then he realized that he needs to use his talents as a certified watchmaker and foreign trader to never let this happen again. Well, life isn't that easy, my friend! Being a trader, he imported a Road King in 1995 and cruised with it through Europe.

After he moved from Hamburg to Hong Kong in 1997, he built up (almost by himself) a tasty 883 Sporty with Fat tank, Fat glide front end... (guy, will you ever learn?!)

In 1999 it had to be a Dyna Wide Glide, in 2000 a Softail Springer which got heavily customized/designed till all stages had been achieved: Chopper with Apehanger, Cruiser with Drag-bar, finally turning into a "poison ivy-green" monster which won lots of runs... a real killer beast...
